Very satisfied with the data recovery the team did for me. I had an old SATA drive with a lot family photos that were Irreplaceable. When the older drive failed I was prepared for the worst. PCS Recovery saved the day though. They were very up front with expectations and cost and not many other places were willing to review the drive at no cost to let me know if the data could even be recovered. The process was quick and communication was great. The cost was much less than what competitors were looking to charge just to review if my hard drive was recoverable or not. I would recommend PCS to anyone in a situation where they need an affordable solution for data recovery.

My husband's Samsung S22 Ultra phone randomly started bootlooping and wouldn't stop. We thought all of our son's newborn photos and the last 3+ years of photos were gone forever but Chris was able to recover everything! A different local company quoted 4+ WEEKS for service but Chris was able to help us out within ~48 hours. The process was very simple, with great communication, and he even went out of his way to meet us halfway/closer so we could pickup the USB drive with everything on it. Pricing wise, you're paying for highly skilled labor so it's not cheap, but I think it was worth it- can't really put a pricetag on precious memories. We pray we never need data recovery services again, but if we ever do, we know we can trust Chris to get the job done right and in a timely manor!

The customer service was very accommodating and empathetic to the situation. They were able to recover the entirety of a solid state hard drive that was not being recognized by any device for less than half the price of a national company I received a quote from. I am eternally grateful to them and cannot recommend them enough.

When my iPhone died I thought I lost every single picture I had ever taken of my two year old daughter. (Amongst other important photos and information). I was devastated. Chris was very quick to respond and helpful! He was very patient and explained a lot of answers to my questions. Even though it was not cheap to recover my documents, it was definitely cheaper than the other quotes I got from bigger companies. I would trust him if I ever needed assistance with other recovery issues.

We had a piece of industrial equipment with a 10 year old computer. When the hard drive crashed Chris was able to get it functioning again long enough to transfer all of the files to a new drive saving us valuable production downtime.

Chris is phenomenal. He went above and beyond on a Sunday, when others told me they would have to send out my hard drive and maybe get it back in ten days. I own a automotive shop and I had my server go down on a Saturday morning. Foolishly I had no back up on this server that ran every aspect of my business. My shop would not have been the same for months had he not been able to repair the hard drive and retrieve my info for me. 5 stars just doesn't cut it.

5 STARS ARE SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH! My 32G flash drive (PNY brand) containing critical documents —needed immediately for a looming deadline— inexplicably broke apart. After researching multiple sites for a local data recovery service, contacting several, & reading reviews, I chose PCS. The service Chris Behlok provided far exceeded my expectations by orders of magnitude. While a national recovery company (with multiple offices across the US) quoted a 7 to 14 day turnaround, Chris was able to recover all the data incredibly *within 24 hours of drop-off*. Yes, the national company offered “expedited“ service, but their quoted starting price was nearly double Chris’ flat rate. Moreover, it was a pleasure communicating with Chris, a consummate professional who was both courteous and personable. I couldn’t be more grateful & highly recommend PCS without reservation of any kind.
